Has Anyone Experienced Suicidal Pain And Can You Make Suggestions On How To Cope When In Crisis?
Posted by: Alan in Alcohol Counseling, tags: Anyone, Cope, Crisis, Experienced, Make, Pain, Suggestions, Suicidal, When
I have a lot of suicidal emotional pain. I writhe in pain and abuse meds by mixing oxys with alcohol. I live alone and am in lots of trauma counseling. But when I am alone at home… I am suicidal. Need suggestions on how to cope with suicidal pain… I am fighting to live. I can’t just keep calling 911. It is getting expensive going to hospitals all the time. And drug overdoses knock me out… but are only temporary solutions.

you have got to realize that those susidal attempts are not a game!!! you think you’ve made through many times but, that’s what my uncle said and the very next time he tried he died!!!! so, stop that silly game and get those pills out of your system and the dark clouds will clear from your head. Pain killers are downers and thats a strong one which probably can cause hallucinations and major depression. first step tell family members or friends you want to get help and do it for god sake before you end up where my uncle is 6ft under!!!! GOOD LUCK!! you need God and you need rehab so stop now STOP STOP ABUSEING AND KILLING YOURSELF INSIDE AND GET SOME HELP YOU HAVE EVERYTHING TO LIVE FOR SO PLEASE DO IT FOR YOUR FAMILY FOR YOURSELF PLEASE!!!!!!!

I know, it’s tough. I’ve been there lots of times.
For me, I have to pley games with myself. I tell myself “You can’t kill yourself today because… ” and then I come up with a reason. Sounds silly but it works. It can be as simple as wanting to watch the next episode of the Sopranos.
Do you have a pet? Can you get one. I have several and they have been my reason for living many, many times. After all, who would take care of them if I wasn’t here? They’re great listeners and they are always good for a hug.
Hang in there and try to work through it.

HANG IN THERE!!! Life can be so incrediby hard, and I respect you tremendously for realizing you have a problem and working to make it better. Whatever you do, please please please be careful. I’m sure you know this, but drugs and alcohol are NOT going to make it any better, and I speak from experience when I say that. Do you have close friends? If you do, try calling them up when you are experiencing these feelings. Otherwise, and I don’t want to sound preachy, there are a ton of people at churches who will help you for free. They are trained to help with crisis situations and you shouldn’t have to pay. Hang in there, I will say a prayer for you!!

I feel for you, because I know how you feel truly. I had spells of depression, suicidal depression since my teens. I am now 31. Anyway, I went to a psychiatrist thinking it was depression, and found out I was bipolar. I tried many different meds, over the last 4 years, and finally found one that works. LIthium! Lithium has been used to treat bipolar disorder for decades, but it is classified as an anti-depressant. If focuses on the depression more than anything else. I haven’t had an episode in 18 months. You’re going through counseling GOOD FOR YOU! but it sounds as though you need some type of medication to manage this. See a psychiatrist that can help you. This is serious. I wish I could help more. I know how it feels, God I know how it feels. Good luck to you!!

can you get out of your house and stay with a friend or relative? you won’t get better till you get into rehab and until then you need to be with other ppl.If you don’t have friends or relatives call AA or a local church-most are willing to help.Just don’t stay home all by yourself,ok?
