If you are, then you are a risk to having a security clearance. If you can prove that these were isolated incidents and that you do not, indeed, drink anymore, then the incidents would have been classified as "Alcohol Abuse" and not that you are an actual alcoholic. I don't know the timeframe, but if you are honest with them and yourself, you should be fine. Good luck!
