No, i would say you are ok. There are alot worse people in the world.

could be… there’s the word “want”, and it can be interpreted to “craving for one”, and usually, addiction (in this case, alcoholism) starts from there.

i don’t have any vices (i drink only occasionally, just wines, no beers or gins; and smoking is just yucky), but i personally know some people who started this way… a little of this and that, then got worse, and you know the rest of the story.

alcohol is not bad for the body as long as taken in MODERATION. one beer on some days is okay, but a beer a day, like everyday, could lead to, yeah, an alcoholism problem. it’s understandable that you’d want one maybe to relieve stress or something, but there are some other ways you can relieve it.

it takes self-discipline and will to prevent addiction, so it’s up to you. your choice.

    good luck ☺♥☺

It could be. Why not stop drinking the ‘one beer a night’–drink seltzer or something else instead–and find if you’re comfortable with that. If you feel you HAVE to have a beer, then you’re on your way to problems.

…..by the way, stick with the seltzer no matter what. Alcohol is poison no matter what, and there’s no benefit in drinking it. You don’t HAVE to have a beer with your Dad every night (why would he care? Just drink something else).

If you still keep wanting to drink beer, read the Allen Carr’s book, “The easy way to stop drinking.” Best book out there.
