i have a severe anger problem and i have alcoholism?

i am totally addicted to alcohol and i just cant stop, my anger problem is so severe that i become violent on my own family member saying i was going to kill them. what shall i do? i currently have aspergers,adhd and possible bi polar disorder. what is up with me? i am so confused. help.

You may be self-medicating. Get into rehab and get a proper evaluation. When you are clean and sober there are meds that will help with ADD and if you have bipolar, probably turn your life around.

Go see a psycologist and lay off the alchohal…talk 2 a friend 2 or sum 1 who will support u!

Have you considered AA along with counseling?

you will see a vast inprovement if you stop the drinking the alcohol.

You should seek professional help… entering a good rehabilitation center will surely do you good.
