Alcohol And Counselling?

Would it work?
This year I lost my parents, through illness, and a car accident.
I have gained four stone in weight coming to terms with all this, and a trip to my GP yesterday diagnosed me with depression and put me on antidepressants which I cant even take because I drink too much.
Would seeing a counsellor help me with this addiction
Tried AA, not for me, Im thinking along the lines of even hypnosis now, help please…

Yeah, I would try counciling, its hard when you have problems resulting off of other problems, but in order to fix any of it your going to have to fix the drinking, so i’d try counciling.
