If You Were The Judge, What Would You Do Now In The Spears-federline Custody Matter?

I know it’s tabloid to care, but here goes anyway.
Having been around a few family law judges before, I doubt very much that this particular judge will take any further crap from young Ms. Spears.
I would not be surprised one bit if Spears was stirpped of all but occasional supervised visitation and ordered to seek substantial drug/alcohol/mental counseling prior to any further review by the Court.
Yes, no, or don’t care?

full custody to kfed, with Brittany getting every wed and every other sat supervised visits for 4 hours.

She is probably a better Mother than is being reported.
I don’t like her but she is no different than most single young Mothers. She makes mistakes.

I think she should have her kids taken away. She is a bad influence and an unfit mother…. I cant believe how lenient the judges have been thus far. But then again… I don’t know how much better of a father Kfed is anyways he already abandoned his pregnant girlfriend in the past…

Brittney made many mistakes, but it pisses me that they’ve never done a surprise drug test on Mr. Kevin’s butt to because he’s an advit drug user hisself and he’s making this all look like it’s just her with the problem. He’s where she got her problems from. I think they should both clean it up, and for the kids? I think neither deserve them at this point. Kevin’s only in it for the support he’s recieving from her every month. He has no talent and it’s his meal ticket. It’s a shame Britney can’t come clean and take control of her life again, she fell to far, so fast, so hard. I’m not a fan, but I was down before, no kids back then though, and I know one can pull themselves out of a gutter if they really want to, I did. She’s got the monsy to help her in so many ways. Money buys fame and fortune, but money doesn’t buy happiness and contentment. I feel sorry for them all actually, what a shame.

I think they all should be thrown out of court till she has been clean for 5 years. I am just soooo tired of seeing nothing but the spoiled brats of this generation in the news this past year.

They should just give KFed full custody and let Britney destroy herself. She is a worthless piece of sh*t and should definately not be a parent to anyone.
