I’ve been on probation for six months now, half of my probation sentence for a dui, and I’m just wondering how often my color will be called for random screening, and how to go about getting my probation mitigated.
The reason I’m asking is not because I’m worried about passing the tests, but because it costs me a lot of lost time at work to take them. And I’m the sole provider for my son, so every hour counts.
I started the probation six months ago, and I had to do drug and alcohol counseling, as well as an assessment to determine my addiction level. When the assessment came back with the results saying that I needed no further treatment, my P.O. got pissed, and decided to assign me a color for random testing. This woman has not liked me from the moment I set foot in her office. She threatened to lock me up for V.O.P. when she found out I was taking cough syrup, for a cold, and I wasn’t sure if it contained alcohol. I’ve never been in any trouble with the law before, so if I don’t understand what she’s talking about and ask her a question, I get bitched at and threatened some more.
I have all my fines paid off, I’ve satisfied everything the court has asked of me, except the last six months of this probation. That is why I’m curious how to go about mitigating it.

My Driver’s License was suspended when i was 18 years old for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
A year later i got busted again which revoked my driver’s license.
Finally i was busted one more time 6 months after that which revoked my license longer.
I decided to clean up my act. I sought alcohol counseling and completed it successfully with a letter of reccomendation from my counselor. I then proceeded and had an informal hearing at the DMV. After a 4 month grueling wait I was granted a Restricted Driver’s Permit to drive only to and from school and work.
6 months after the permit was granted, when i was just in the process of hiring an attorney to fully reinstate me at a formal hearing, I was given a ticket for speeding.
This violated my permit.
Does anyone have any quality, i mean, good logical advice that might steer me in the right direction to get my license back?
Don’t say call the DMV, or leave some retarded answer.
I need a logical answer. Thanks

Thur nite my little sister snuck out in the middle of the night fri AM we got a call from the police (shes only 14) apparently they found her passed out in a park, they drug tested her and it was positive for marijuana. weve never had any kind of problem like this from her she doesnt have a record shes an honor student an overall decent kid. on top of that she stole a bottle of wine from r house. the police didnt press any charges and she admitted the wine was stolen and that she had snuck out with some friends. the thing is the police called social services who r making her go to drug and alcohol counseling (which im not saying is bad mayb itll scare her into making this an isolated incident). but we have heard horror stories about social services. is this the type of case that stays open until the child is 18? will she b placed in a foster home or detention center? what should we expect?
were in PA if thats significant

I was in the Navy for 2.5 yrs. On my 21st birthday i went out and showed up to work hung over and smelled of alcohol and i was immediately sent to the Navy’s outpatient program for alcohol. At 21yrs of age i still wanted to party so i was late 3x to outpatient treatement and signed out. But signing out i signed a contract stating if i was in another alcohol related incident within a year i would be discharged. Soooo..(sighs) two DUI’s later (within a week), i served jail time, did my community service, and paid all my fines and successfully completed a alcohol counseling program with a psychiatrist. My discharge was a General Under Honorable Conditions but sadly an RE-4 Enistment Code. I am 29 now and have been looking back at a youthful mistake and have a medical job with Veteran’s Affairs Hospital System. (whew…) NOW …How can i go about changing my enlistment code to get back into the Navy? and If i get back in can i have my old job back of Hospital Corpsman? thanks…
