Alcoholism Recovery & Treatment

i am totally addicted to alcohol and i just cant stop, my anger problem is so severe that i become violent on my own family member saying i was going to kill them. what shall i do? i currently have aspergers,adhd and possible bi polar disorder. what is up with me? i am so confused. help.

I need to improve my self-esteem.

My boss is a RAGING alcoholic, and says she went to rehab and was told she wasn’t that bad, and would only be there a few days. She supposedly was there less than 5 days. That seems odd to me.

Or is it simply a label we apply to people who like to drink too much?
