They suck on their cigarettes like a baby bottle when they’re stressed out. They’re mentally weak and are addicted to Nicotine. At the same time, they’re hurting other people with their second hand smoke. People who abuse alcohol are the same.

Is smoking regular cigarettes allowed during exodus leave from bootcamp? I looked over my sons counseling statement from his commander and in the “drug policy” section it states that abuse of alcohol and illicit drugs is illegal and there is a zero tolerance policy on it. So my question is nicotine allowed to be used during exodus leave from boot camp?

Do they lower your seratonin levels? I only drink on the weekends but I usually drink too much about one weekend night per week. I have noticed anxiety symptoms to be getting worse. I thought I had it under control after extensive counseling but now it’s getting worse. I do not want to ever relive that experience. Could my bad habits be the problem? What should I do?
