Hey there! I’m Arianne and I’m from Middletown, Rhode Island. My friend May, who is from New York, is asking me if I know where to find an alcohol rehabilitation here. The reason why she’s looking for one is because her brother John has a drinking problem and he has finally agreed to enter a rehab. May wants to admit John in a place that’s far from home – away from all the chaos of New York. John really needs our help. Thanks.

Hey Arianne! Let me say first that it’s really nice of you to help your friend May look for an alcohol rehabilitation for her brother. Entering a rehab that’s far from New York is definitely a great idea because all the temptations are in that state. My real dad died from alcohol posioning and was an alcoholic ive never met him before this is just wat ive been told im 18 and ive been drinking a lot this past couple of months ive noticed i can handle my alcohol very well and i no im not an alcoholic but lately ive been getting the urge to drink everyday i dont but i want to drink a lot now what does that mean?

it means you like to drink and that means you have a problem and need help to control the drinking every day. now if it was a few beers every once in a blue moon then there is no problem. but wanting to drink every day is a problem. you may not see it now but it is a problem that needs help. drinking doesn’t solve anything. so why do you drink.

My daughter was diagnosed at age 13 as an alcoholic and the best thing for her was AA and NA meetings. You could contact them for all kinds of brochures and information.
