Question by UCURGYPSY: HeIp! I need a name for my counseling business?
I am reopening my drug and alcohol counseling business and need a new name. The old name was A Better Life but I need something new and fresh. I’m in Idaho so names like Mountain West and Mountain States are taken. Any ideas would be great!!!

Call it The Thirteenth Step.

People are so tired of hearing of the 12 (whether they follow it or not).

Of course if anybody asks, the next level symbolizes your experienced help.

Question by Lothar of the Hill People: What is the name of the act that will force someone to get help from drugs and alcohol abuse?
It’s the one where you can force someone into a inpatient treatment clinic to get help. Thanks.
There is a law on the books that allows a judge to force someone into treatment for drug and alcohol abuse.
It’s very similar to the Baker Act.

interventions are used to convince ppl they need help…but i don’t think you can force someone to seek help. they have to realize they need it themselves.
