Question by : Is it normal to get quick alcohol effects which fade out almost immediately after?
So drinking a bit of relevantly alcoholic wine will actually make me feel slightly more relaxed for a bit just before fading away between 15-60 minutes. Also, I seem to have trouble with this at parties and the such as I’ll just get “the buzz” for about an hour or two before it fades away once again.

Sometimes when I drink alcohol and a few minutes after 1 glass of wine my face turns red and i feel really hot in my face. Im not asian btw. I know this is not normal. What are the normal effects after drinking 1 or 2 drinks? What are you supposed to feel thats not an allergy and normal alcohol effects?

a researcher friend of a friend of mine thinks alcohol can change your personality EVERY time you drink it ???? rosy cheeks & nose are usually signs alcohol on board, not sure, maybe a blood rush from the drink?

I suffer from ADHD and have my whole life. I have always preferred to manage the symptoms on my own through diet excercise and structure. Recently I have become very overwhelmed by the symptoms… I have been through counseling, completely removed sugar and alcohol from my diet. I have tried planners, sticky notes, journals, meditation, yoga, everything. I need help! I went to the doctor yesterday to see if I could get a prescription until I can get myself back on my feet. The doctor said I needed to come back and undergo a blood test and urinalysis. Is this a normal procedure and why?
