Question by sugar pie: im trying to stop drinking alcohol so much, but i drink out of bordem sometimes, any suggestions?

i dont have to drink but i do it when i get bored sometimes thats all, obviously put the bottle down, duh, any suggestions as to what to do instead thats all, please no dumb answers.

It could be hives. Check with your doctor. My brother has them and it is from something in his blood. So i would get it checked.

THIS TO BE PERIODS OF DRUNKENESS IN LONG TERM ALCOHOLICS EVEN WHEN THEY HAD NOT BEEN DRINKING AT ALL THAT DAY. iS THIS RIGHT OR WRONG?
